Summer Girls Lacrosse Training Options
Legacy lacrosse is a fun and challenging option for players to begin or continue their preparation for the upcoming MS and HS seasons. Practices will occur each Tuesday and Thursday evening and will include everything from fundamental development to detailed position specific skills training and conditioning. Experienced coaches will guide each individual player to identify their own individual goals and strive for them whether that be to receive a D1 scholarship offer or to make her high school team. Our exclusive list of coaches bring experience at the MS, HS and Collegiate level making Legacy the premier choice for off-season girls lacrosse training. This registration includes twelve 2-hour long practices. All players that register for the Legacy summer lacrosse training have the option of adding on additional tournaments.

Dates: June 11 – July 24 (Final Session of the Summer is on Wednesday) *No July 2 & 4 Practice*
Ages: 1st-12th Grade

Summer Girls Scrimmage Nights
Are you ready to get back to playing games? Our summer lacrosse scrimmage nights are a fun and relaxing way to play the game you love. Registration is open to all ages MS through Adult and game format will vary depending on the number of players and level of play.
Day/Time: Thursdays, 7:45p-8:45p
Dates: June 13 – July 24th (Final Session of the Summer is on Wednesday) *No scrimmage July 4*
Ages: 7th Grade – Adult
Cost: $102 / Athlete
Individual / Small Group Training
100% customizable sessions, where athletes get to work with coaches that have collegiate experience. These sessions are aimed at helping players of all levels get additional support. Small group training is a great fit for friends of similar skill level who want to work together. It offers and opportunity to work in a competitive environment while still receiving individualized feedback. Legacy wants to ensure that all players gets the most out of these sessions and will provide feedback each session. Sessions are available each Tuesday at 7:30pm as well as on-demand.

Packages incorporate field use and Sports Performance powered by Legacy Fitness to give you the most out of your off season training. These packages can be customized to meet your goals and objectives and is open to athletes of all ages/skill levels.
