Speed & Agility Training
Here at Legacy Center Sports Performance we offer multiple different speed groups depending upon the athletes age. Starting with perfecting the fundamentals of proper running form and transitioning to more elite level drills including linear and lateral reaction drills, change of direction, and plyometrics.
Legacy Center Sports Performance NFL Combine/Pro Day groups begin the first week of January every year. Training for the NFL Combine or a Pro Day is very specific and is treated as such. Each athlete will be put through an initial evaluation process followed up by a specific plan for that athlete that we will put into effect over the weeks leading up to the testing date. This Elite Level program offers all aspects needed to achieve success all under one roof from speed & agility and strength training, to positional coaching and nutrition and recovery. Director of Sports Performance Randy Young, former strength coach at Eastern Michigan University, and Human Performance Specialist Chad Barribeau, former strength coach at EXOS, blend their methodologies, and collaborate to make sure every aspect is covered to ensure top performance on testing day.
