Movement Screening
Move2Perform | allows us to identify compensatory movement patterns, which can be early indicators for those athletes who may be at higher risk of injury through continued movement inefficiency.
Testing Protocol
Sport Testing | we utilize our state of the art laser timing system for all on field sprinting and/or agility testing. While initial testing protocol can vary depending on the sport, below is a sample for general testing measurables.
Linear acceleration | 10yd sprint
Linear speed | 30yd sprint
Linear speed | 60yd sprint
Change of Direction: 5/10/5
Power output | Broad and Vertical Jump
General Aerobic Capacity | 300yd shuttle (2 repetitions, 3:00 minutes rest b/w)
Nutrition Consultation
Nutrition Consultation | Includes a Fit3D body composition analysis, which provides complete 3D imaging for postural alignments and circumference measurements.
We use this comprehensive analysis to identify those steps to start moving forward with your diet. Catered meal plans will provide strategic nutritional guidance personalized to meet the individuals needs and dietary goals.

Technology and Software
Laser Timing system | We utilize state of the art equipment to ensure performance based results. Sport Testing assures accurate and consistent results helping to identify strengths and areas of emphasis.
Athlete Manager | Software that provides each of our athletes with their own online profile. These tools give us the ability to continuously monitor and analyze a number of different performance variables.
-
Individual and/or history of an individuals combine test results
-
Efficiently operate standardized tests and easily create new testing protocol relative to an athlete and their sport demands
-
24/7 accessibility to both individual evaluations and performances, as well as progressive tracking for cumulative testing periods
Fit3D Boy Composition Analysis | Provides complete 3D imaging for postural alignment and circumference measurements.
Session Overview

Warm-Up | An effective warm-up is planned and designed to prepare our bodies prior to any athletic performance. Increased muscular activation and improved range of motion will help protect against injury occurrence. Our general principles for each warmup will progressively intensify, leading to an increasing internal temperature, heart rate elevation, increased blood flow, and viscosity of joint fluids. The four main components to our warmups include dynamic movement, neuromuscular preparation, CNS activation, and active stretch initiation. Collectively these components prepare each individual for optimal performance throughout every training session.
Speed Development | Speed is a byproduct of sounds mechanics, explosive force application, and improved repeated efficiency of the stretch shortening cycle. The trained combination of these principles optimize an athletes ability to achieve peak velocity output. While strength training and lifting weights is a component that encourages increased potential for speed and power, an effective training regimen implements the prioritization of both principles separately as well. Within every respected sport athletes have strengths and areas for improvement as players. Our philosophy is no different when it comes to training and developing speed.
Strength & Power Training | Strength training plays a critical role in improved athletic performance and overall muscular function. The development of absolute strength is a physiological adaptation that can vary as a result of a number of factors. (Age of an individual, previous training experience, overall movement quality, nutrition and dietary habits just to name a few) There is a time and a place for heavier loading periods but our approach entails a safe and progressive loading plan. We emphasize neuromuscular and proprioceptive training, along with developing single-joint and multi-joint stability to ensure gradual physical preparedness.
Agility, Change of Direction | The ability to change direction and speed is something required in almost every sport. An individuals ability to do so effectively often times is more important than simply their ability to achieve top-end speed. We utilize closed chain agility drills to first assess an individuals body control and overall movement efficiency when changing direction. This will develop sound technique, which is the first step for improving overall functional motor skills. As technique improves we begin incorporating open chain agility drills, which add various reactive elements helping to simulate unpredictably of game-like scenarios.
Conditioning | An off-season conditioning program follows a progression that directly coordinates with an individual’s strength training program. Conditioning intensities and emphasis may vary depending on the training phase and the time of season for a specific sport. 10-12 weeks into an off-season program you will start to see training adaptations take place with significant improvements in overall muscular endurance. A conditioning program serves more than the purpose of improving your ability to run varying distances at more efficient time. It is designed specifically to improve on-field/court performance as well. Improving your muscular and cardiovascular endurance will inhibit onsets of fatigue as well as avoid instances of muscle failure.
