Frequently Asked Questions

Online registrations can only be processed with credit card payments. Also, we do not accept American Express at this time. If you would like to pay with a check or cash, please visit our facility at 9299 Goble Drive, Brighton, MI 48116 to complete registration.

In order to register for our programs online, you will need to have a family account set up. Please set up only one account per family, no matter how many programs you are registering for or how many children you are registering.

Please click on the “Login” link at the top of the page and click on the “Forgot Your Password?” button. An email will then be sent to you with the requested information.
Do not set up a new account! Please login using your current username and password to access your account. Here you will have the ability to add family members. Click “Individual Profile” on the left and “Add Member” at the bottom of your screen.
Click on “Create an account” on the top. Fill in all required information and don’t forget to add your family members! Click “submit” to complete the account setup. We strongly suggest you use your email address as your username.

You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been created.

You must be logged in to register for a program. If you forgot your username/password, please click on the “Login” link at the top of the page and click on the “Forgot Your Password?” button. If you need to add a family member to an existing account, please login and click “Individual Profile” on the left and “Add Member” at the bottom of your screen.

Once logged in, click on “Browse for Programs” at the top of the page.
Select the class in which you wish to enroll. Please read the class information carefully to make sure you are registering for the correct class.

Click the “Register” button on the bottom right hand side. If there is no “Register” button, the class may be full or registration may not be open yet.

Choose the individual you wish to register for the class and fill out all the required fields.
Click “Add to Cart”.

If registering for multiple classes, repeat steps.

Please note that your registration will not be processed unless you include payment information and choose a payment plan.

Once your registration is received at our office and processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
